Women Lead Movement embarked on an empowerment talk addressed at 1300 students at Kasselsvlei High School in Bellville on the scourge of Gender Based Violence and the role of the youth to the stand up and speak out against discrimination and violence perpetrated against girls and women. The students were encouraged to organise campaigns in the school and communities which called for behavioural changes and reiterate the need to create a community environment where women and girls feel and are safe.
